It is the Policy of WinDBreak Cable to resolve all customer complaints whenever possible within 48-hours of receiving the complaint. Whenever the issue affects an entire network or portions thereof, impacting multiple customers, and the resolution requires repairs or equipment replacement which takes longer than 48-hours, description of the problem and time-to-restoration will be posted on the Alert Banner of WBC's scrolling Programming Guide.
